Winery Exchange leverages technology and our unique relationship (partnership) with retailers to: - Monitor sales velocity at retail (pull) - Monitor inventory levels at all points in the supply-chain - Determine inventory safety-stock based on production lead-times - Dictate inventory levels with our distributors based on sales velocity - Account for merchandizing (displays) and seasonal fluctuations - Manage inventory levels at all actionable points: (store, state, market, distributor, distribution centers, WX warehouse, in-transit)
